Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TurboSEO Chrome extension, website, reports, license system, and related services.
Use of the Service
You may use TurboSEO only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass plan restrictions, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Local-Only Analysis
TurboSEO is designed so that webpage analysis, SEO scoring, rewrite previews, and generated reports are processed locally on the user's device. TurboSEO does not collect, store, or transmit webpage content, SEO analysis results, browsing history, or page data from the Chrome extension as part of normal extension use.
Browser Permissions
TurboSEO uses browser permissions only to provide extension features that the user chooses to run. Permissions such as activeTab, optional website access, scripting, storage, and contextMenus are used to analyze the current page, generate SEO insights locally in the browser, save settings or history on-device, and let the user start audits from the extension or right-click menu.
Licenses and Plans
TurboSEO may offer free and paid plans. Trial licenses are provided for evaluation and may be limited, suspended, or revoked if abused. Paid licenses are issued after successful payment and are subject to the plan purchased.
Payments
Paid purchases are processed through Stripe Checkout. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable charges, taxes, and fees. Pricing may change in the future, but changes will not alter a completed purchase.
License Delivery and Activation
After successful payment, TurboSEO generates a Pro license and sends it to the customer email used during checkout. You are responsible for safeguarding your license key and for any activity associated with its use.
Reports and Recommendations
TurboSEO provides SEO scores, rewrite previews, suggestions, and reports for informational purposes only. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any recommendations before publishing, sharing, or acting on them. TurboSEO does not guarantee rankings, traffic growth, indexing, or any other SEO result.
Intellectual Property
TurboSEO and its related software, branding, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or its underlying technology.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific SEO outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboSEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of TurboSEO at any time. We may also update these terms, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
